• If client requesting Website Admin Credentials like wp-admin details,c-panel details, FTP details, domain transfer details or other platforms) will be shared only after successful project completion and confirmation.

Clients requesting admin access must note that:

Admin credentials will be shared within 10–15 working days via registered email ID after project completion and final confirmation.

• We ensure secure transfer of credentials to avoid any misuse or unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (Strict Compliance)

Floats India Technologies maintains strict ethical and legal standards.

Clients are strictly prohibited from using the developed website or services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities, including but not limited to:

• Online scams or misleading content
• Unauthorized financial activities
• Distribution of harmful, illegal, or restricted content
• Violation of any government or legal regulations

If any fraudulent or illegal activity is identified (even without prior notice), Floats India Technologies reserves the full right to immediately suspend or permanently block the website and digital marketing related services.

This action will be taken without liability, refund, or prior warning, in order to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information for project execution.
• Any delay in providing required materials/content may impact delivery timelines.
• Clients are solely responsible for the content, design & layout published on their website after credentials delivery.

5. Strict Action Policy (Important)

If any client is found to be involved in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities using the website developed by Floats India Technologies, the website will be immediately blocked or suspended without prior notice.

6. No Responsibility / Liability Disclaimer

Floats India Technologies is not responsible for any fraud, illegal activities, or misuse carried out by the client. The client holds full responsibility for all actions performed through their website.

7. Rights Reserved

We reserve the right to take necessary action, suspend services, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

8. Final Statement

Floats India Technologies follows a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud and misuse. Any violation will lead to immediate action without notice.

9. Credentials Release Policy

The Client may request the Domain Credentials, WordPress (WP) Admin Credentials, or cPanel Credentials at any time. However, if such a request is made within 30 days prior to the renewal due date, the credentials will not be released until the applicable renewal fee has been paid in full.

Once the renewal payment is successfully completed, the requested credentials will be provided to the Client.

If the Client wishes to obtain the credentials before the 30-day period preceding the renewal date, the request must be submitted in advance. Upon receiving proper notice, the Company will process the request and provide the credentials within 10 to 15 business days.

10.Refund Policy

• All payments made to Floats India Technologies are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued once the project has been confirmed and work has commenced.
• No refunds will be provided for website design, website development, web hosting, domain registration, SEO, digital marketing, AMC, maintenance, or any other services offered by the Company.
• Payments made for third-party services, including domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, APIs, software licenses, or any third-party subscriptions, are strictly non-refundable.
• No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for project cancellation, change of mind, dissatisfaction after delivery, failure to use the services, or delays caused by the client.
• If a project is cancelled, discontinued, or put on hold by the client after work has commenced, the amount already paid will not be refunded.
• By engaging our services and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

11.SEO Results Disclaimer

The Client acknowledges that SEO is an ongoing process, and results depend on various factors beyond the Company’s control, including industry competition, website quality, keyword difficulty, keyword search volume, search engine algorithm updates, and market conditions. Accordingly, we do not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, inquiries, leads, or business outcomes.
